Jessica Davis Godwin has developed an expertise in the areas of youth development and child welfare as a practitioner, program designer, evaluator, and administrator while working with children and families in New York for over 20 years. Most recently she was employed as the Director of Program Performance and Clinical Services at Graham Windham’s residential treatment center in Westchester County managing program outcomes, compliance, and clinical service delivery. Prior to founding JDG Consultants, LLC in 2006, Jessica identified potential funding investment opportunities for the Edna McConnell Clark Foundation as a Senior Portfolio Associate. Preceding her work in philanthropy, she created and managed programs and raised the profile of older-age youth transitioning out of foster care at the NYC Administration for Children’s Services in their Office of Youth Development. As a result of working in the various sectors of nonprofit organizations, government, and philanthropy, Jessica successfully manages an independent consulting practice and has taught graduate courses at several schools of Social Work. She earned her MSW in Group Work at Hunter College School of Social Work and her BA in art history from Skidmore College.
