Before becoming a consultant, Molly worked at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, The Actors Studio, and The New Jersey Shakespeare Festival. With over 25 years experience in the field and a background in the arts, Molly has particular expertise in helping clients think creatively, and make data-driven, strategic decisions.

Michael Davidson is a consultant specializing in nonprofit board development, management support, strategic planning, and executive coaching for nonprofit managers. He is the former Chair of Governance Matters, lead consultant for the BoardServe NYC program of the United Way of New York City and a member of the faculty of the Milano School of Nonprofit Management at the New School University.

Jessica Davis Godwin has developed an expertise in the areas of youth development and child welfare as a practitioner, program designer, evaluator, and administrator while working with children and families in New York for over 20 years. Most recently she was employed as the Director of Program Performance and Clinical Services at Graham Windham’s residential treatment center in Westchester County managing program outcomes, compliance, and clinical service delivery.

Russ Pomeranz has 25 years experience in senior financial function management roles for a unique mix of leading non-profit organizations ranging in size from $3- $30 million, including investment pools of up to $150 million. Prior to the past 3 years as a consultant primarily focused on Interim CFO roles business planning, and organizational budgets, Russ was COO/CFO of the Vera Institute of Justice, Director of Finance at The Council on Foreign Relations, and CFO at Spence-Chapin Services to Families and Children.

Eleanor Webster Shakin brings more than 30 years experience to her work with not-for-profit arts, human services, public interest and educational organizations. Eleanor’s consulting practice focuses on providing strategic fund-raising advice to board and executive staff and hands-on campaign management services. Before founding the firm Shakin Boreyko Consulting in 1980, Eleanor served in executive positions at the Henry Street Settlement and the Coordinating Council of Literary Magazines. She has served on the board of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Greater New York Chapter, and the Advisory Council of Roundabout Theatre Company.
