HERE'S HOW WE WORK

We believe better results are achieved when good minds come together. Based on this notion we created The Consulting Collaborative. Founded in 2007, The Consulting Collaborative is a group of affiliated consultants who provide strategic solutions to nonprofits and foundations. We each have our own consulting practices, but meet regularly to brainstorm on cases and collaborate on projects when our combined expertise will best meet our clients’ needs. We share common approaches to our work and at the same time bring distinct perspectives and experience.

We combine the range of expertise and experience of a full-service firm with the hands-on attention of an independent consultant. With an average of 25 years in the philanthropic and nonprofit sectors, our consultants have an impressive track record of bringing clarity to organizations of all sizes, causes and resources. Plus, our open-talent network allows us to tap into a range of expertise and tailor our work to meet your distinct needs.

We formed The Consulting Collaborative expressly to challenge each of our thinking about our clients.  We are proud of our “Lab,” in which we collectively brainstorm on our client engagements.  Each of our clients gets the benefit of our team approach to problem-solving.
